Casa Danilo is a 400 m2 Tuscan farmhouse. from the end of the nineteenth century with the typical stone and masonry facade and its beautiful roof with original tiles and bricks, in the midst of a lush olive grove of approximately 4.5 hectares, it is part of the Fontebonelli agritourism company producing extra virgin olive oil BIO. In 2021 the building was finely restored by adding some modern details, with the furnishings personally curated by the owners in a rustic and minimal style.
The large house is spread on the first floor in two apartments of about 90 and 80 square meters each called Lato Mare (sea side) and Lato Monte (hills side), while on the ground floor there is a small laundry room available to guests, in addition to the reception, the room for storing our BIO olive oil, and two laundry rooms for the exclusive use of the company.
It is possible to rent it either as a whole with 12 beds divided into 6 double bedrooms, as well as a day-bed and 2 double sofas (Casa Danilo), or, thanks to the two completely independent entrances, each with its own unfenced outdoor space, separately.
With the rental of both apartments to a single tenant, the internal connecting door between the two apartments remains open.
– Apartment Lato Mare has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are on the 1st floor (one bedroom has two single beds and the other has a double bed); the third bedroom, with access via an internal staircase, is on the ground floor, has two single beds, a private bathroom with shower and an independent exit to the garden.
– Apartment Lato Monte has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are on the 1st floor (one bedroom has two single beds and the other has a double bed); the third bedroom, with access only from the outside completely independent from the garden, is on the ground floor, has a double bed and a private bathroom.
A Day-bed is available in the living area.
The air-conditioning system was installed in spring 2024. (All the rooms that are on the ground floor do not have AC, but fans).
The private furnished swimming pool, the large green spaces available, equipped barbecue areas, in short, for those who want an experience in the real countryside and at the same time comfortable, this is the right place!
